Interesting article...I especially like point #4:
Brings to mind the following:When trying to just avoid a defender, do not juke around too much! It will only slow your speed and make you more vulnerable to get tackled. You should juke with your upper body but keep your legs moving.

Re: How to Break Tackles in Football
It is best to try and get to where you need to go.
Don't let the defender pull you down.
Do anything, run faster, stop completely (only if the tackler is to the side or in front of you.
You can injure yourself by breaking tackles, so be careful."I hate when threads are destroyed by facts and logic."

good to knowYou can injure yourself by breaking tackles, so be careful. If you bend or fight too much and get hit, you can have broken bones. Know your limit.

Just like to point out that TJ had a decent game. If he goes 18 for 24 this year in every game we will blow out most teams."Prophet" wrote:

However, I agree that if he has above a 80 qb rating, we should win most games.
Now imagine if we had a QB like Carson Palmer, Drew Brees or Peyton Manning on our Team?
We would be unstopable. That's why I'm so hard on TJack. I want him tobe good but if he isn't get the hell out and get me a Pro Bowl caliber QB.
