Thread: Hoospital Removes wrong Kidney

In what officials are calling a "tragic medical error," a surgical team removed the wrong kidney from a patient with kidney cancer last week at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, the hospital disclosed Monday.

I remember when I had my surgery and even my son had his surgery just to get tubes in we were asked by everyone that checked on us before surgery,.The Nurse, the Anisthesiologist(sp?) The doctor, What was being done. All of the m asked "So what are we doing today.
The Doctor even wrote his name on my stomach and what was being done. So How in the hell does things like this keep happening.
