Rankings anyone, there should be a sliding scale. Stockton Vs Modesto? Winnumucca? Fresno? As you can tell, I am biased against Central Valley (CA) towns.

Actaully a plush, upper class suburb.
You are right, Cleve is nasty.

Dude, that city has come a long ways.
