What is the history of this fantastic web site?

Well, I've been here since 2003, and it's changed quite a bit since then.

It started out small and simple and then it grew bigger and more complicated. I'm certain that Cajun is correct, Webby rested on the 7th day.

Was made in 98, thats about all I know. And its freaken sweet. Atta bout it.

The almighty Viking Gods called upon a great man to take on the laborsome task of uniting Viking fans worldwide

"We shall seek and find a man more fierce than any man alive. A man gifted at providing useful tools to our Viking bretheran. A man not afraid of gaining weight. We shall call that man Webby", the Gods proclaimed.

So the great Viking Gods that rule the earth descended upon Minnesota in search of the great creator.

"You", they exalted. "We shall entrust you to spread the prophecy of the great Valhalla and the pride of the purple; which you shall call Purplepride. We shall arm you with 3 weapons: A computer, a bottle of Tylenol, and a Chevy Tahoe....the great creator must have a pimp ride ya know."

For one that great day, webby was born. Resurrected from a moth riddled Tommy Kramer jersey and a pair of Converse All Stars to carry the burden of the Viking faith.

And the creed that to this day still stands: Knowledge, devotion, Purplepride...he carries on as the great creator!

I guess I should post how this all started...and throw in some screenshots.
