Wow.With 0:45 to go, quarterback Armstrong threw a bomb to halfback Randy Kaiser. The ball made it to the LaGrange twenty-five, but was underthrown, and went right into the defender's hands. However, Kaiser tipped it out of the LaGrange player's hands, and then tipped it again causing it to float five yards further downfield where he reached behind him, pulled it in with one hand, and then finally, by this time on the 15 yard line, tucked it away and ran for the touchdown and the tie.
If that happened today, that would grace the opening line of every ESPN show.Zeus wrote:
When are you going to realize that picking out the 20 bad throws this year and ignoring the 300 good ones does not make your point?

Looked like AL BUNDY, HIGHSCHOOL SUPERSTAR!
I'd much rather see the Packers miss the playoffs because of their talent then because of their injuries.

The footage from 1929 just looks like a bunch of guys wearing the same uni's running all over the place! The game has certainly changed since then, interesting stuff.

Best part is that it was a Halfback.
Interesting formation they got there.
All the kids my age pee their pants, it's the coolest.
