Oh man Gassers suck, but I got a new coach for this year so I do have alot to look up to but
the conditioning he makes us do is almost ten times harder than that of gassers, for example we had to run 8 110 yarders yesterday and today we ran a mile and a half in a twelve minute span which isn't necessarily that hard but it does alot to the body, we also do this thing called the 300 yard shuttle run where we run from the goalline to the 25 and back 6 times then we narrow it down to 3 times and then one last time and god does that suck
Wait till you go through Marine boot camp

    Welcome and welcome back

Hmm, what have we been up too?
I've been playing a little sport called Ultimate Frisbee competitively.
I'm also doing a workout routine.
I'm in the best shape of my life and really working hard to improve every day.

It seems like you have your life going in the right direction.
I hope you guys kick some ass this year!

ha my recruiter for the marines even says it's a joke that i have to go to workouts for them because i am solid and set for bootcamp already. The requirements I already fill for camp. You have to run at least a mile and a half in under 12:00 and I did it in 9:59, at least 6 pullups, I did 13, and 50 Marine Corps. Crunches. Marine Corps crunches are insanely hard and I did like 80 the last time I did them

that just doesn't sound right. It reminds me of the competitive eating contest(Hot Dogs) like we see on teh fourth of July.

Seriously though I do have several people that have(do) it and have been trying to get me to try it. It honestly looks like fun.

It's a lot more fun (ultimate frisbee) than people think. Good exercise too. I suggest giving it a try if you ever have the chance.

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

I played ultimate in college (pick-up) and then while in NYC (pick-up and club).
Softest throws in the business, but the smoking thing has always hampered my defense.

Now I shudder to think what would happen if I tried to get out there and run, although my throws are still there (and I can still sky for a grab).
    Old enough to play Masters.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!
