Trust me Ned there will be more than enough ;D

I just started soaking the 4 racks of Ribs this afternoon. I used to be able to destroy a rack by myself. Now I will be doing good to just eat 1 rib.

Love those 3 day weekends but I wish they were during games.
That way I would not have to drive home after the games
