The weather looks to remain disaster-free for the holiday weekend.

That bodes well for you folks traveling on your quest for turkey.

I will be bringing my girlfriend to her first holiday with my family. She's met most of them before, but hasn't been a part of a holiday tradition with us yet. That should be fun.

Here we go folks, head-first in to the holidays.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

Your folks bought you those "Hooked On Phonics" tapes when you were a kid, didn't they?

    :P
    What's your point?
I believe his point was to inform you you spelled tryptophan incorrectly.

But to do even more than correct your spelling, and correct a common misconception, turkey meat contains comparable levels of tryptophan to other meats. It's the massive amounts of other carbohydrate rich deliciousness we eat on thanksgiving that triggers an insulin spike, which then does a whole bunch of other pooh, becomes melatonin and we get tired..... not to mention the beer/wine.

    And, Happy Thanksgiving.
Astute observation Mr. A. Is med school looming in your future? I think you could do quite well in that field.

Happy and safe Thanksgiving to you and all my friends at PP.O.

PPO spell checkers even come out in Thanksgiving Day threads.

Hell, I couldn't have spelt it correctly either.
Hell I didn't even know what it was.
