We're actually celebrating Seis de Mayo in the office today, one of my coworkers is from Mexico, so she made potato enchiladas, mexican rice, and I have no idea how to spell the name of the cake, but it translates into "3 milk cake"
its not very good, its like a soggy vanilla cake thats been sitting in a glass of milk for a day.
I like the margaritas best of all.
