If you had a girlfriend that had a pole in her apartment & it wasn't Festivus, chances are she was everybody's girlfriend.

This year I thought about a different Festivus pole.
You notice how mine has camofauge on it?
That is because of how people hide their true feelings.
It also has several levels, with 6 holes or slots at each level.
This is for different levels of grievances.

We will start at the bottom and work our way up to the top issues that need to be brought up about people.

And this year instead of the person who the grievance is against not being able to respond at all. We have settled for saying one word in response to the charge against you. No cuss words either.

    I am VERY excited!!

If my family had one of those poles, and we had the chance to speek our minds and true feelings, I'de probably end up clobbering my brother with it...LOL

You did mention wrestling earlier, I like the sound of that....

Well VikingNed, I would say your family needs a festivus pole.
    No matter the results.

Just think, a Christmas Day when all issues have been addressed and taken care of?

    It is a wonderful thing.

And only the head of the household gets to take on the wrestlers who get a shot at pinning him.
    It is an honor!

Well alcohol is used at Festivus, but there can be no hard feelings after all is said and done.

Can you say that with Christmas?

Oh yes the grease'n of the Festivus pole..........
    Good times, good times.

But one year Grandma drew the ticket to do it.
It was not a pretty sight.

She had so many grievances that year.
