HAPPY BIRTHDAY " MINI NORDICKID "

Just wanted to shout out, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, to our son David, turned 9 this Easter Sunday.
I'm so proud to have a son like David.
He's a Vikings fan, and that alone means so much to me. His favorite player?
Who else, AD. Even at a earlier age of let's say 5, he would sit and watch and learn about the game of Pro Football, and never lose his attention.
He played baseball for the first time last year on a team "The New Britain Dodgers" and he made not only great strides in his play, they also won the championship series, first to win 3 games. They took it in 4, going 3-1, final season record with championship was 15-2.
Pretty impressive, and I took care of the score board..LOL




In school, David really excells in Math, his teacher tells me that David is just a math wiz, and definetly the head of his class when it comes to math. He struggled with reading and writing, but has made great strides in that area and is doing much better now.
His biggest problem is the fact that he is a little bit of a class clown, he must get that from me, but I'm sure he will grow out of that.





David loves to care for his pets, one dog...one cat...African Chiclids,
one goldfish, and of course his rooster " Rocky ".....
He can also be found helping me out with caring for the Gamefowl and helping to build pens and
nest boxes.





David loves to go camping, fishing, and traveling to NC to visit his Grandpa.
Lately, he has been asking me all the time, if he can learn to scuba dive.
He see's me and my love of scuba, so I take it that it has peeked his intrest as well.
They do offer and JR. Scuba introduction course, and I'll be looking into that this summer for him.
I need a refresher myself, seeing I haven't dove since my surgery.


David is simply just full of life, and loving every moment of it.
He often mentions friends he has meet thru PPO...Singer, Cajun,
MDViking ( Jill ) I think he has a crush on her
;D ) Marrdro, Marrs, and CTViking and Kevin K.
Just a partial list of PPO memebers that I'm proud to say that David has meet and made friends with.....Oh yea, can't leave out his big guardian, P&G Viking, who took care of David during the royal rumble in Baltimore..LOL




So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SON,
you are my best friend and I love you very much!

David just read this and laughed.
He said thanks Marr !
He wears it very often, and always sports it during games, since you gave him the CC jersey.
It actually is starting to fit him now, thats how much he has grown since you last met him in Balt.
I need a bigger frig !....
