Happy 4th to everybody!

I'm in the airport in Vegas as we speak... heading back to Nebraska to where I HOPE my roommate has finally taken the 1000 lbs of fireworks away from our garage to the site of his display.
Yes, a semi showed up last week and dropped off half a ton of fireworks at my house and we have stored them all week.... under my bedroom.
I did not sleep easy.

That being said, tonight should be pretty interesting!

Happy and fun 4th of July wishes for all, and a special thank you for those who make sacrifices which allow us to have the abilities to do what we do.

Including completely un-necessary patriotic displays such as a half ton of fireworks which may or may not be "legal" in the state I reside

The fireworks in DC were freaking amazing. We sat right by the washington monument so they were being shot off like right in front of us and it looks as though they were rainig down on us. The ending was one of the sweetest things I have ever seen in the skies.

I was there about ten years ago and it was an experience I will never forget.
When they started firing those cannons everyone went nuts, then you look up and it's just like, holy shit.
Pretty fucking awesome.
