No new tenant yet. I'm hoping it stays empty for a while! I don't know how I feel about new neighbors right now!

Yeah, I installed the cameras and DVR's as soon as the old lady moved out!

Heh... speaking of people looking into my apartment... last week I got out of the shower and was getting ready for work. My blinds on my bedroom window were open which didn't bother me really... there's never anyone around at the time I get ready for work. Well that day happened to be different. I looked out the window and there were 2 guys working on the roof right next door. With the distance between my building and that house, they were eye level with my bedroom window, and were staring at me. I grabbed my clothes and ran into the bathroom. No more walking around naked for me!
