Clemens is the wild card...if we can get him, then start planning the parade...if not, it could still be tricky!
You forgot about Chacon and one other Small thing in the rotation, but if we get to have a Rocket "Re-Launch in the Bronx" we WILL be holking up Championship #27 this October.

The Postseason is where legends are made so long live "Jimmy the King"

As for you Red Sox fans I watch the Aaron Boone HR everyday for inspiration.

The spankees  I dont think they are the best team in there division. They are not better than the white soxs.
Do your homework, FVF! The Yankees are in the AL East, while the White Sox are in the AL Central. Both teams are in the same LEAGUE, but not the same division...I will give you a PARTIAL pass for not being from the US...but if you are gonna comment (especially criticizing MY Yankees), you gotta bring your "A" game!
Actually finnish is right if by white he meant blue and by sox he meant jays.

That's right. Yankees might make the playoffs (as a wildcard) but this is the Jays year!!! With all the additions we have, we are going to waltz into the playoffs.
I respect the Jays but they will finish in 2nd behind the Yankees. By they way how is the health of Joe Carter holding up in RF for Toronto, that is the last thing we heard from them?

I really hope Tanya Harding hides out in the spankees locker room before their first game. I would be the happiest person of all time.

Easy there killer. The Sox have the better rotation and last time I checked pitching wins championships. Get back to me when Wright, Pavano, Chacon, Small and even Johnson to a certain extent aren't question marks.

How do ya like them apples?!

If they don't win with the lineup they have now.....thats bad!

They have had just as good if not better lineups than this and didn't win the WS. The problem with the Yankees is that they have an owner who tries to outshine all of his players and coaches. They try and buy and Championship, but what they don't consider is that they are sticking all of the biggest egos in Baseball together and that can only spell disaster.

Of all of the other teams that are in Baseball, they have something that the Yankess don't have, and will never have and that is Heart. They think just because they got all of the best players at their positions on one team that they are a guaranteed WS Champion team. That is not the case, we saw it when Boston came back against them and went on to win the WS.

Isn't it the goal of every owner to try and buy/win a Championship going into every season?
