Google Earth
anybody else use that program? it totally kicks ass. check it out if you don't use it, you'll get addicted to it instantly. heres a snapshot of all the North american placemarks/tours i've made, see if you can beat me. the placemarks are almost all stadiums/arenas used in pro leagues. theres about 500-1000 by my estimate

Re: Google Earth
That is a fantastic program. I live in the Black Hills (SD) and use it often to find new motorcycle trails to ride. I also use it to show my kids the places that we talk about or where news is happening. If you use google earth, you have to check out this website http://www.googleearthhacks.com/. There's some great stuff on there (I particularly like the pictures of the "decomissioned" SR-71s).
Can anyone tell me who's playing in Seahawks Stadium? It looks like they're lined up for a punt, but I can't tell who the two teams are.

Here's a link to download the program. It's free and it's really cool.

Re: Google Earth
I've had it loaded for almost a year now. The problem is that a lot of the pics are not up-to-date & a lot of the smaller cities/towns & rural areas aren't shown as clearly as the major cities.

Re: Google Earth
I can find where my house should be, but it hasn't been updated. So all I see is an empty field.

Re: Google Earth
me and some of my buddy's play a large scale airsoft game that lasts usually about a week during the summer.
its 10v10 and the rules are you can kill somebody anywhere except for work, or a practice. and you can;t go in their house.
lat team standing wins, and i use google earth for tactical advantages, it helped my team get 6 kills, and three for me. we won june's edition with 8 men standing.
