This is getting pathetic. someone needs to help our vets.

How many times do we have to hear about a Iraq vet coming back with severe mental health issues?
Then they end up killing themselves. or hopefully not something worse. Even people I know that are against the war and everything involved with it are getting pissed off by hearing more and more situations about this. I am not trying to get political but if Bush is insistant on keeping troops over there then he really needs to come up with more resources for them when they do eventally come back.
This is just sad that this seems to be happening more often.

Let's not pin this on Bush alone.
Congress has as much to do with the VA as the president.

I agree though, we do need to take care of our vets better.

True, not blaming Bush directly but someone needs to step up and make sure they get the help they need.

You act like this is something new & Bush is to blame. Sorry, but this happens & has happened after vets come home from every war we have been in.

The Vietnam War was probably one of the most publicized for this type of mental problem of dealing with life after war.
