Looks like the Vikes are trying to lure Gary Anderson out of retirement again. Man, I wonder if Gary still has some left in him? No matter what, I'm sure he is still better than Elling.

The only problem with "great from 40 on in" is that if you on the 25-35 yard line your out of his range. And you are to close to punt so the Viks would be in the same situation as last year only for different reasons. We need a kicker with a leg and who is still accurate.

TO tell you the truth, i would rather have morten anderson then gary anderson. Morten can still hit some long ones and can do kickoffs i believe. Give Gary A BREAK already. THis must have been the third time luring him out of retirement.

Tice has said he will not bring in anybody off the street and has also said they are not bringing back Gary Anderson.

Our kicking game is a big concern for me at this time. It could be a brutal year in that department.

I'm tired of short and low kickoffs that almost always result in a good return for the other team, not to mention all the missed field goals.

NO EXCUSES for missing extra points either. NO EXCUSES.

What was the name of that kicker we had two years ago that missed two PATs in one game? The one we lured Gary out of retirement to replace?
