    Gaming Computer Question

Since I think there is a fair number of members on this site who are likely a little more computer savvy than I am I figured I'd check here first.

I'm looking to buy a new desktop computer that will be able to run some high end games at close to max settings (not Crysis, but specifically Mass Effect/Mass Effect 2, as well as Starcraft 2, Diablo 3 etc.).

I was thinking of this computer:

    http://www.shopping.hp.com/product/rts_desktop/rts_desktop//3/storefronts/AY604AA%2523ABA

    Processor: i7-920
    Ram: 9GB
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260

I don't know anything about building a computer, so I was just looking for a good pre-made (but not ridiculously expensive) PC that games run very well on.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

It will be fine. If you just read the reviews, one of the people says it runs Crysis on high settings very smoothly, so ya, you'll be good with this computer.

I gotta say, that's a pretty damn good deal from a manufacturer. You could probably get the same hardware for a few hundred dollars less, but you'd have to build it yourself(it's quite easy, but if you're uncomfortable with that you can just buy this one)

Do you already have a nice monitor to hook it up to?

    I recommend a nice 1080p 32" TV for a monitor, myself!
