Thread: GameDay Music at the Metrodome

So I have been going to Vikings home games for a long time...since I was 6 years old, and one of the things that I have always relished in was the music that is played throughout the game. I love Led Zeppelin, so when they decided to make "Immigrant Song" the opening intro song, I was ecstatic. I love the Metallica, AC/DC, Trick Daddy, etc. that they play throughout the game. Now they are implementing some new music, and all of that stuff is also very catchy, but I don't know who the artist or what the name of the song is. So if there are some other Dome goers out there that know some of the music, help me and some other PPOer's out so we can expand our music collection!! Thanks!

PS - I especially am fond of the song they are doing this year for the game's opening kickoff, if anyone knows that one

Wildman (my son) keeps my Ipod updated with new stuff. A few that I like....

Seether - I only have about 8 of thier songs uploaded as of yet, but I love everyone of them especially "Rise Above This" and "Gasoline".

On a side note, have you listened to the new AC/DC album yet? Must have for any man that has to cut the grass.

yea, i've been in to a bunch of those, just recently i got into seether, haven't really been a big fan of three days grace, but i haven't really given them a chance yet either, that AC/DC album is great but it stunk that i had to buy it at wal-mart, i work at best buy so i felt dirty buying something there, but it was well worth it

Hmmmmm not aware of any new music. I'll have to pay attention more during the playoff game.
