I would love to play flag football. I usually play back yard football with my friends after awhile it gets kinda old once everyone starts wanting to be on my team. Or when I have to be a captin and play against a semi pro dude.

You guys play CONTACT Flag??? There used to be a Contact Flag Football league here in DC...they let the rushers and blockers hit each other...I played DB in my younger playing days, but the chance to knock people around was too much to resist. While all my teammates were trying to be the next Deion, I was having a blast emulating Page, Eller and the rest of the Purple People Eaters. What a blast!!!does anyone else partake in this wonderful pasttime where men still get to show that they were once an athlete? haha. i am a capt. this spring and i can't wait to bang some heads. we play 5 on 5 in a league in PA. anyone else enjoy this?BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE

After High School, I got involved with a flag league here, I ended up playing in Two Different leagues......Both where full contact for lineman..
Ended up playing till I was about 30 years old, then the young guys just seemed to be getting bigger,stronger,quicker....
or maybe I was just getting bigger in a wrong way, weaker, and slower....
But I loved every minute that I did play......
I LOVE THE SMELL OF VICTORY IN THE MORNING AIR.

I played a number of years ago...I loved it.
I would love to start up a youth league. I'd also love to lose about 20 pounds and sprint up the field again.Have you ever seen a race of turtles, and they all go the wrong way instead of towards the finish line?
Welcome to the NFC North.

Out here in Virginia we run a regular tackle football game every week at a local high school. No league or anything, but we do get games of 8-on-8 pretty regularly. We play with lines, leave the QB and any running plays as two-hand-touch (forces people to pass and deal with pressure from lineman without worrying about being hit from two directions) and have an absolute blast!!!
