    With Chipotle I always go with their hot sauce and then I add Franks to it. So great. If I eat there, I add the green tobasco along with their hot. If you don't ask for the hot at Chipotle, you must. It has great flavor and a very nice kick.

    I second that, Cholula is the best all-purpose hot sauce, great flavor that's not marred by an over-powering vinegar base.

    But for some cuisines, Sriracha or Sambal Oelek does the trick.
