thats kind of interesting. is that why football players are bigger, stronger, faster? and why some of the kids now are bigger than me and they are only 10? i hope they do some more research on this. should be some very cool findings.

This is a terrible article.
First of all, the number of white adipose cells (Fat storage cells) don't matter.
You can get liposuction to remove lots of them, and they'll grow back.
What matters is how much fat they STORE.
a skinny person can have more fat cells, but if they don't contain fat they'll still be skinny.
Adipose cells have an almost limitless potential for storage of fat.

Diets don't usually work because people don't understand that you have to stick to them for the rest of your life to keep the weight off.
Diets can help you lose weight in the short term, but unless you make lifestyle changes it's always going to come back eventually.
