I sent a question to an ebay seller, selling a sponge bob gamecube game.....

Here is what he said about shipping..

will ship to ct you can go to usps.com and get the exact shipping cost my zipe code is 85029 the item weighs about 10 pounds

10 POUNDS? You gotta be kidding me.......

I shipped out two of my XBox games about 2 weeks ago. I put them in those little bubblewrap envelopes, and they weighed less than a pound. That guy is on crack.

Very common for seller's to really inflate shipping costs.

Avoid them.

yeah shippig niflation is common, thats how lots of people make their money. my friend bought a minibike for $50 but shipping cost him like $200, and from his research he knew he was being overcharged

It's also against eBay policy.

I usually report the reaml numbnutz.

I was charged $200.00 shipping for 2 Vikings/Packer tickets that were mailed from 100 miles away.
