A Green Bay, Wis., driver was drunk when he hit two pedestrians, then drove about seven blocks home with the man's body lodged in his windshield, police said today...
Another Green Bay "genius" makes the news.
Just how drunk do you have to be not to notice a dead mans body lodged in your winshield while you're driving?
