You pay more for the big names, but this is a classic example of "you get what you pay for."

Well I don't think it was an employee but it could have. What happend is that I got in a car that was in the economy section. I was told when I was leaving that it was not. So I changed cars. We then left that car because a better one just pulled up. It all happend so fast and I thought my co-worker had my bag. I should have checked but didn't. That will be the last time that happens. So I returned 30 minutes later but the cars were gone.
Well, if the car was still in the Alamo lot, either an employee snatched it OR a customer took the car and doesn't know your brief case is there, OR found it and hopefully will turn it in when he/she is done with the car...
    wishful thinking?
It would have to be an employee.

They must take every car & clean them out before renting them again.

The one time I did forget something in the car they through it on the next shuttle to the airport so I only had to wait for about five minutes.
Sorry about your loss man...that really sucks.

Was it a work laptop at least?
Yes it was but the GPS and MP3 were mine.

My wife had misplaced her cell phone.
She was going downtown with the girls so I gave her mine (which was actually a friends Razor that he was going to let her use but she never did so I claimed it when my old nokia pooped out).

Anyway, She called me about 1:30 in the morning telling me she had lost it in a cab.
I thought, what the heck, give it a call.
Some drunk guy answered it and was almost home so he was going to hang on and get my info.
All of the sudden I heard his girlfriend say something like "F this" and heard the phone flip shut.
After that no one would answer when I called back.

If it weren't for that stupid beeyatch, I would still have the phone.

That is my only hope now. I will give it another week before I replace the items.

I just returned from Las Vegas, again. Like a moron I left my briefcase in the rental car. I have yet to find it. I lost my laptop computer, GPS, and MP3 player as well as various other items. Why is the world not honest? Why am I such an idiot? I just want my stuff back!
Don't feel bad. I lost my virginity in the back of a rental car. How can one ever replace that?
That is too funny! Is it true?
With all the internet Boobie Singer has stared at, he now had difficulty distinguishing fantasy from reality.
Hell, I have no problem distinguishing between fantasy & reality. In fact I can tell the difference with my eyes closed just by smelling.

Sorry to hear that mars. Not to be a prick, but acting like a teacher..."did you learn your lesson from this?"
