Only, and I mean only if.......

The Unclassified an Classified networks are down at the same time the VTC Bridge, VoIP Call Manager, Satellite Links, Telephone Lines and the Internet is down (well at least the servers that connect us to the internet).

Then the guys that work for me catch Kakka Del Rio

Speaking of "a mind of its own", how much force does that thing have that it can knock people over.
