Do they Really Win All that Money?

I was just watching are you smarter than a fifth grader and this woman won 100,000 dollars for answering 5 questions that ranged from 1st to 5th grade. I honestly just cant believe she walks out there with a check for 100,000 dollars for that.

And on Fox's Moment of Truth you basically tell the truth and win up 2 500,000 dollars. Thats ludacris i would love to go on
one of these shows if u actually get the full amount.

All these reality shows screen people so that they have people without a clean slate on the show so it's actually interesting. How fun would it be to have an Amish farmer who has never done anything ethically taboo on that show? If you don't have any secrets then you're probably not getting on.
