DirectTV owners ... a little FYI
Little something I found on ESPN page 2:
"Most OVERRATED Invention of 2005 ... I read your column that mentioned the new DirecTV NFL package that included a Red Zone package as well as the "Eight games at the same time" channel. I had already signed up for it and was anxiously awaiting kickoff today. I must have missed something in the fine print -- it seems you need something called a D10 interactive receiver to fully utilize the features of the "Eight games" channel. Otherwise you were stuck, like I was, watching the games but listening to some GOD AWFUL music. I was not able to 'toggle' between the games on the screen and listen to those particular announcers. Now, I enjoy the "NFL Music" just as much as the next guy, but I swear they started throwing in some tracks from Arena Rock. After calling DirecTV regarding this issue, I found out that there are no D10 interactive receivers that are HD
.... that sucks !!

Seems theres always a hitch with these media providers nowadays.
I just got rid of SBC....and now with Direct TV w/the Ticket...But I didn't want the full pacage..
I mainly got it just to watch the Vikes, even though I did watch some of the GB game last week also...
Direct TV is so much better than SBC Dish network in so many ways.......Main thing I noticed...
I would always loose reception with Dish, even when it didn't rain so hard....
Direct, it was pouring here today and the picture and recep, was still great..
can't wait till Sunday....another day on the couch with wings and beer...LOL...
I LOVE THE SMELL OF VICTORY IN THE MORNING AIR.

I thought that 8 channels at once was free...that sucks. The music was crazy, wierd songs about Dolpins and other team.

Another great sig by PPE!
