I did not know that. Hey, are a lot of Canadiens around you Viking fans, CFL, or what? Just curious.
Do you play football Italian?
I did, when I was about 13-18 years old. Flag and real. Although I did play the Canadian game, which I can honestly say is a pain for the defense :P. CFL is pretty big up here though, but for me it is pretty much just a football fix from June to September until the real fun starts. Still, I'm always cheering for my Calgary Stampeders. The league is chock full of NFL rejects including ex-vikings John Avery and Micheal Boireau. Most guys I know who like football also have a favorite NFL team but I doubt they are as obsessed as I am.
Most Canadians I know only care about hockey, lol. And without that all they do is sit in front of the TV and watch classic games or watch the Canadian Junior Team destroy the competition to win the Juniors this year.
Still I can usually scrounge up some friends to play football... when there isn't 2 feet of snow and -30 degree temps.
us texans rally appreciate the stars.. thanks for sending them down here, boy do we miss hockey (they came to texas right after my family moved, and then got a stnaley cup.. haha)
you mean burleson is canadian... that is interesting.. and the canadians have football, guess you learn something new everyday
