Yeah has to be lightning. Then... I don't know, probably stray bullet, but the lottery thing I'm not sure about.

Ummm...hello. The bullet went up, henceforth. Law of physics. People get killed every year from firing guns in to the shy. Where does the bullet go? Back down again. And with the velocity it's shot, that's coming down very fast on the way down.
