Cool pictures from space courtesy NASA

I have always been fascinated by the weather, and I found some cool photos of hurricanes taken aboard the shuttle. Check these out:

When Isabel hit Hampton Roads I, along with my kids, horses and dogs fled to the hunt club like little sissy girls.
    ;D

Needless to say we had some limbs come down at the house and lost power for a week however, at the hunt club it was a different story.

Very eye opening to watch 40 year old pine trees lay over almost to the ground and then snap off from the windows of your 18' camper
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

Of course there is light in space.
It is a near perfect vacuum, but there is plenty of light.
