    Nice.
So kids can buy pot from the guy on the corner without repercussions from the school, but get a three day suspension for buying a bag of skittles in the school.
At least they have their priorities straight. :

I didn't know kids were allowed to buy pot, things have sure changed since I was in school, we had to be sneeky about it.
I wonder what punishment the kid that sold the skittles got, I hope he included the income on his tax return or he could be facing federal tax evasion charges.

Selling/buying candy was against the rules, and he was caught...there should be some type of punishment. - A warning seems suitable for a first time offense of this nature.

Stripping the honor student of his vice-president title?
    3 day original suspension?
    WTF!?

If the school administration has nothing better to do than this, they should be laid off and the money wasted on their salaries can be put back into school funding for books and computers.
And NO those computers don't need to be replaced every 2 years!
