I know that feeling. For me, it's the only way I can lose weight. I keep gaining so much knowledge in my brain that I weigh more. So much in fact, that it has started storing it in my gut & ass
because it has nowhere else to go.

Posting here helps me shed some unwanted pounds by discarding some of that knowledge I've learned over the years, along with a lot of other meaninless dribble garbage that clutters my brain.

All this while sitting on my fat-ass in front of a computer without an ounce of excercise.

Life is good.
