Funny, that's exactly what BLV said also. He was even willing to bet me that his post count would not go up above 23,000.

He even went so far as to delete one of his older posts prior to starting my congratulatory thread, so that he could stay at 23,000.

I should have bet him. I knew he couldn't do it.
