    My baggage was lost once. It is not fun. I travel so much I am surprised it has not happend before. I have received a lot of free tickets because of canceled flights and bumps.

    I got a great laugh out of reading this because it is so true! I worked for an airline for 5 years and they dont call "baggage handlers" RAMP RATS for no reason! :-)
