Re: conceal and carry------anybody?
I used to conceal and carry.
But I honestly decided there is no point, for me anyway.
All I can say is if you get pulled over for anything tell the officer you have a concealed weapon permit and it is on you (the weapon).
As far as guns go, get one you like. I have a .357 a .44 and a .50 Kazul. They are so damn expensive I doubt I will ever get another gun. My .357 and .44 are S&W
I don't think I would buy a pistol that wasn't a S&W

Re: conceal and carry------anybody?
what about a .40 or 45? i was thinking of 9mm cause the ammo is cheap. delrio- the 357 and .44 mag is a bit to big and spendy for me. i have shot a 357 mag. before-wow! i will buy a s&w though- they have a .40 here for 329.00

Load your own ammo.
How often are you going to shoot it?
Why do you need one?
If it is for protection...isn't the higher price of a pistol and ammo worth the stopping power?

I load all my own shells for everything. Even shotgun shells. Once you fork out the cash for the casings they should last you a long time. The initial investment for the equipment is a bit much, but you can get the basics and amass a collection over time.

Yes it was an auto. Rounds were a little pricey, you will have to learn to load your own if you shot alot. Yes it was a S&W.whack- was it auto? s&w? ammo spendy? more info please.
I bought it about 12 years ago, it was a nice gun but it always bothered me having a hand gun in the house and I have been a hunter since I was a little boy. Having rifles shotguns does not bother me but having a andgun did so I sold it to my brother a few years later. What we've got here is failure to communicate.
