    I don't know what type of "class" hotel you are looking for, but I would suggest one within walking or short distance of the Metro Transit route. That way you can ride the Metro right to the stadium & back without the parking hassles. There's a stop right at the Mall of America. Fort Snelling is another often used stop with a huge parking lot. Then check hotels.com for a hotel near where you want to stay in the star/price rating you prefer.

    Here's the Metro Transit link;

    Re: Coming to Vikes/Saints game. Where should we stay?

    Last year we stayed at the Holiday Inn which is just a couple blocks from the Metrodome and the Light Rail. Here is the link: www.metrodome.com It is pretty cheap and if you get a room with a "downtown view" you have the Metrodome right out your window.

    It's real easy if you want to use the Light Rail to get around. You can jump on the Light Rail at the airport and take it all the way to the Metrodome and then just walk to the Holiday Inn or have them come pick you up at the train station there. You can also take the Light Rail to the Mall of America which is cool to do. Here is the map of the Light Rail routes and stops: http://www.metrotransit.org/rail/index.asp

    Hope this helps. I know it worked out great for us last year and it was our first time in the Minneapolis area. Saves time and money. Have fun and Go Vikings!
