Wow, nice job finnish!! What school do you teach at? Is it in Minny? I'm assuming you are talking about going to state at Stillwater high school, but I guess it could be stillwater, OK.

On a side note, today the boys varsity and JV baseball teams in the district that I work in (I coach the JV) had a combined scrimmage against the #1 team in the state and we pulled off a W. Things could be good for us this year!!

Yeah, it was good for our players to get some confidence. It was only a scrimmage and you never know what would have happened in a regular game, but we looked pretty good!

Guys thanks for all the luck wished our way. We need it now while we got 4th in the meet we have suffered a few loses. We lost one of our star runners with a hamstring injury and we lost one of our top jumpers to a strained MCL.
Weds. is our Sub section meet so we still have a lot of work to do. We are hoping to get everyone healthy so we could get all our relays to the section meet and hopefully the state meet.
VKG, I coach way up in Int'l Falls and Congrats on beating the top team.

AND they are doing this with VKG as their coach...imagine what they could do with a GOOD coach!!! :razz:
