Thread: Chicken Gizzards

I think they are delicious.

My mom used eat them when ever we had Chicken, she would also eat pheasant gizzards.

I enjoy a gizzard every now and then.
They are particularly good if you have had beer for b-fast and nothing to eat all day and are ready to faint from malnutrition.
I still eat them occasionally on a road trip when I need some substance.
Overall, I would have to give the chicken gizzard a high mark.

What part of the chicken does the gizzard come from?

Ahh, if only I could find them down here.

fried gizzard with hot mustard, or gizzards from a street vendor in S Korea are the only ways to eat them.
I really dislike gizzards that have been roasted with the bird...
