I love the "fruity little club"

Scientology is such a joke. As great as Hayes was on that show, he did become a total hypocrite and had that coming to him. You're right about that episode being hilarious. I hope Hayes saw it.

I wonder what Hayes had to say about past episodes where the two South Park guys attacked other religions. BTW, what do the two South Park guys believe in...anyone know? It would be interesting to compare it to what Hayes was complaining about versus what they did to their own belief systems. He wouldn't have a right to really complain if he participated in any sendup of the South Park guys beliefs.

I seriously doubt they believe in anything, lol.

My favorite South Park of all time has to be when Cartman forms the Christian rock band or when they buy the Midevil weapons at the Carnival and Butters gets a death star to the eye.

    Re: Chefs Last Episode---(South Park)

I think that I found an answer to my earlier question (although it IS from a blog, which doesn't give it much credence...it is just someone's opinion, that's all). Here it is:

Scientologists deserve to be made fun of, at least as much as any other faith and probably moreso. And it's not as if Parker and Stone have pulled punches on Catholics, or, of course, their own backgrounds: Mormons and Jews....Except yeah, thinking about it, they kinda have. There's usually a sympathetic character representing each faith. In the ep about the Catholic sex abuse scandals, Father Maxie was a central character representing Catholics who are appalled by what the church has done. The Mormon ep (dum-dum-dum-dum-dum!) ended with the Mormon kid saying that, no matter what the basis for his faith, it's had a positive impact on his life. And as for the Jews, well, Kyle.

Not much information really, but it does show that Hayes may have been pissed that Scientology didn't have a good guy to counterbalance the bad guys that represented his belief system...like it appears that the other belief systems got to benefit from in prior sendups. On the other hand, Hayes shouldn't be so sensitive about it...he has to know that most people already think bad things about Scientology so it wasn't like the episode was going to affect what the vast majority of people think about Scientology ANYWAY!
