Thread: Cebu Fever,, I want to go sooooooooooo much......Diving for one...

Well guys and gals, you always see me writing about my Wifes homeland of Cebu,PI's.
Lately we have been making some serious decisions and moves to get one step closer of making our life long dream of retirering there soon. I know recently I posted some pics of a house we wanted to bid on, but that fell thru, when our lawyer informed us that there where 3 very large leins on the property.
No fear, we are now back to looking at a lot that both of us like very much, but I would have to go back to my original plan of overseeing our second house built there.
We have all the time in the world, but I can easily see us making the move in the next year or two.





I'de like to share this with you,
I just came across it on Youtube, while doing some searches on areas of Cebu that I enjoy.




Just so happens, my actuall diving instructor, KLEMENS, who taught me and helped me get my Scuba Cert., has made a video and after watching it, it really made me kinda sad that I'm not there now.
I personaly know everyone they show in that video, except to the guest divers on the dive boat.
The island they are headed to in the video is named PESCADOR Island,
it is a divers paradise for sure.
Some divers claim it's in the Top 5 Diving spots in the world, espeicaly when it comes to small marine life.
Klemens did a great job with the video.
I hope you enjoy it, as much as I did.

Remember, if and when you ever visit Margie, David and I
in Cebu, this would for sure be one of my favorite places to take you to.
Hell, we probably would end up spending a few days there.
It's approx, 1 1/2 hours drive, from where we plan to live.

I've wanted to get a scuba cert for a long time and just haven't done it for whatever reason.

Sounds like so much fun Ned, congrats!
I've been diving near Palawan before, was incredible.
Best diving I have ever done.

I am going to print this out so that I have irrevocable proof of the invite.


I got my open water cert back before we got married so that we could dive on the honeymoon in Hawaii.
My wife always liked diving, and I wanted to learn.
I enjoyed the dives we did on the honeymoon, but we havent been diving since.
My wife got pregnant shortly after so no diving on our Puerto Rico trip that year, and just havent made it happen since.
