There hasn't been one major film about politics in the last few years that has not been a flop at the box office. I'm guess this one will be a flop, too.
Stone conveniently releases it right before the elections.
Cool he gets a movie, first of many I'm sure.
Looks like it will depict him as a perfect saint, similar to Travolta's portrayal of Clinton in Primary Colors... which was supposedly really watered down from the book (didn't read it).
I saw a preview for a movie wih Kevin Costner where the election is a tie and he is the lone vote to decide who wins. I don't remember the name of the movie though

Yeah, I thought it looked interesting. I know Costner gets a bad wrap, but I like Tin Cup... this seems like a movie where he plays the same sort of character.Quote:

I loved "Tin Cup," but this movie "Swing Vote" looks just plain silly to me.
