Food looks great, hope you guys didn't over indulge in the red beans and beer for the sake of the fans sitting near you in the dome today ;D Cajun's gumbo raises the roof at the metro dome as packers wilt could be a good headline in the star trib tomorrow.

Thanks for the great video.
Cajun, I never thought I'de say it but " Great Job on the Jumbo".. ;D
It actually looks very good.....
Must take a real Cajun like yourself to whip up that dish the correct way....
I just hope they have a trap door in the top of the dome, to let all that PPO GAS out of the dome.
Then again, maybe Favre will get a big wiff and pass out....LOL
I LOVE THE SMELL OF VICTORY IN THE MORNING AIR.
