David Faustino, 33, was arrested Saturday in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, during an argument with his ex-wife Andrea Elmer, 31.

According to a police report, Officer David Freeman noticed two people arguing inside a car stopped at an intersection at around 2 a.m. He alleged that Faustino attempted to climb out of the driver’s side window but then opened the door and got out.

As Freeman investigated, Faustino started to walk away. Smelling alcohol on the actor’s breath, the officer charged him with disorderly intoxication and a search uncovered a plastic bag containing about a gram of marijuana in Faustino’s right front pocket.

Faustino was taken to Volusia County Branch Jail and charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana. He was later released.

The actor filed for divorce from Elmer in February after six years of marriage. She currently lives in Daytona Beach. The couple appears in RoboDoc, a comedy film set for release this summer.

He also played in a this funny ass movie, a few years back but it had to do with him and his buddy weylin (character name) trying to impress some girls to get some action and they have to break into a gas station and get locked inside and find out they are growing major plants in this back secret room.

Yeah, its called "Killer Bud"...pretty funny stuff. Waylon is the dude from that show "Parker Lewis can't lose" from back in the day.

Some people thought it was cheesy but I thought it was down right funny.
Expecially when they are all stoned and Bud starts coming out of the closet...lol

no worries.....it was funny. Its a cult classic to some around here (Cali)
