    Books Online

Great resource (just downloaded almost all of Mark Twain's books):

Lot of same books on audio, done by volunteers...
    http://librivox.org/

LibriVox volunteers record chapters of books in the public domain and release the audio files back onto the net. Our goal is to make all public domain books available as free audio books...
Anyone else know of any similar sites?

P, thanks for the bump...just so happens I'm buying a Sony Reader PRS-505 today...I get 100 downloads (classics) with the purchase...and I have about 1500 already. This will be a nice addition. I'll keep an eye out for other sites to add.

Wow, that is great! Looks like they both even have audiobooks available for download, which are great for long drives and tedious work.

    Excellent finds!
