Of course, that means I am too, because the wife and I have been shopping for the holidays for a couple of months now.

If we waited until December to do all of our shopping, we would never be able to afford it all at once...

Although for the record, I don't go near any retail area on Black Friday.
My wife does - more power to her.
I stay home with the kids and get sick off form leftover turkey...

Black Friday SUCKS.
I worked for Wal-Mart for 3 years and had to be at work at 4:30 that friday morning.
People are nuts and they will fight and push for the stupidest stuff.

I hate those advertisements. Most of them have some great deals where people stand in line to get the items, but the stores usually have just a few of the so called deals & are sold out within minutes of the store opening.

Since many of the ads state "While supplies last" they won't even issue a rain check.

It's nothing more than an tactless marketing ploy to get people in the store.
