I grew up with Tecmo Super Bowl for NES it was a great game in its day but now my favorite is the NCAA Football series for PS2 they are far more enjoyable than Madden.

I remember the old "Mutant League" Saturday morning cartoon show. It was awesome. I'd like to see them include that game in a nostalgia package. It sounds awesome.

My personal favorite football game is the Madden series. I play '06 now, but I liked '05 better.

im a madden 98 fan. it was a classic. i know its not a football game but did anyone here play baseball simulator 1000. i loved that game.

Wasn't Scary Rice a mutant league player too? Tecmo Bowl was the 1st to use real NFL players I think. LT would block every FG, Walter was a freak & the Vikes had Del Rio, Studwell, Browner & AC. Ahhh the good ol' days

I have been a Madden fan since the series started. Yeah, some people will critisize the NFL for giving EA Sports exclusive rights, saying that no competition cuts down on creativity... but I like being able to buy a game and know what my expectation are going into it.

So my vote is for Madden 2007 (whenever it comes out!)
