    It seems ironic and somewhat funny at first but a further read shows pure bullsh*t on the part of the officer.

    kinda ironic, but .088 is higher than .08, so the officer really did nothing wrong by charging him. you would think that you'd let it slide, but if they want to crack down ont he drunk drivers, they can't be letting things slide.

    He was eight thousandths of a percent over, (listerene probably has a higher alcohol content) and already in his driveway. By the time the cop put down his donut Coors was already parked.

    Killian's Irish Red is the way to go. Coors makes a good light beer though.
