Avenged Sevenfold

So I'm a HUGE Guns N Roses fan and love thier music. I've been listening to avenged alot latley (one of my best friends is in love with thier cd right now) and they remind me alot of a new age Guns N Roses, listen to the song "Seize the day" and tell me you dont think of Guns N Roses....
This thread really has no point, but music appreciators might find it interesting, I know PPE loves Avenged.

Guns and roses is good but Im not goth I don't like avenged sevenfold sorry. To me their just a bunch of punk kids who where makeup and screw around with eachother. Just my opinion sorry if you took offense

Eh they may look that way but you cant judge thier music soley on thier looks. I'm the furthiest thing away from goth, but I think thier good.I see this thread going off topic now lol

i forget what song it is in, but they have a drum solo, which is actually a double bass solo. It's one of the sweeter things i've ever heard, and i don't really like A7X.

A7X is awesome man. Thanks for giving props to them WoT. I'm seeing them on tuesday in virginia. GBS they have a lot of those double bass drum solos. Those things are awesome.

Avenged Sevenfold is one of the worst bands I've heard in a long time, imho. I've heard a couple of songs that were played on the radio. Now I know the radio plays things that are crap to begin with but I don't see a silver lining with Avenged at all. Just throwing in my two cents here.

I like GnR or at least their old stuff. Don't like the stuff that Axel just released about 3 weeks ago.
