I went to it in 3-D last night with my wife - LOVED it. Definitely a solid storyline, the cinematography was amazing. Special effects are something worth seeing even if you don't like the movie.

Plenty of action for guys, yet enough other stuff for the ladies to enjoy. I enjoyed it FAR more than Sherlock Holmes, which I DID enjoy!
Good stuff. Thought I was the only one who was amazed. Almost gave up doing a Mock Draft this year so I could get out more.....

LOL, thats two times you've made me chuckle today, and in the same thread.......

was going to go to this movie, then I remembered that I'm living it.

It is was certainly the coolest/neatest and left me more in awe then I ever have been before leaving a theater.

It's not just a movie, it's an experience.

It felt like my eyeballs were making intercourse with the screen.

I said you a thousand of times that you shouldn´t buy your pop corns to street vendors.

This movie has made so much money. Over $1 billion

Has a ways to go to catch Titanic though.

no interest in it... computer generated blue people and a computer generated environment--sounds a video game to me. i will see it on dvd, but the true test is if it will keep me awake at home on the couch.

Don't even waste your time seeing it on DVD. Take the advice of every person in this thread and go see it. I really don't like Sci-fi movies and my wife HATES them. We both enjoyed this movie tremendously. The 3D is a true experience that cannot be repeated on DVD...yet. It sounds like a stupid movie but it was a blast.
